Terms of Use
Herein "AUTHOR" shall refer to Ur I.T. Mate Group and Steven Burn, "SERVICES" shall refer to services developed and provided by said author, including accompanying files and documentation, "PRODUCTS" shall refer to products developed and provided by said author, including accompanying files and documentation and "USERS" shall refer to you, the user (either as an individual, single entity, or group). Acceptance of terms The PRODUCTS, SERVICES and all accompanying files and documents developed and provided by the above named AUTHOR, are subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU"). Said AUTHOR reserves the right to update and/or modify the TOU at any time, without notice to USERS. The most current version of the TOU, can be found by clicking the "Terms of Use" hyperlink at the bottom of each page. Scope of TOU Online documents, including but not limited to: TOU, Privacy Policy, End User Licence Agreement (EULA), are to be considered the most recent and supersede all previously published documents, unless expressed otherwise. Description of Products and Services Via a network of various website's, the above mentioned AUTHOR provides USERS with a variety of PRODUCTS, SERVICES, community forums, and various other resources. These provisions, including updates, enhancements and new features to said provisions are subject to the TOU as set out in this document. Usage Limitations Unless explicitly expressed otherwise, all PRODUCTS, SERVICES and accompanying file's shall be deemed as free for personal and commercial use. You may not however, modify, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, sell, lease or otherwise gain (monetary or otherwise), from the AUTHORS PRODUCTS, SERVICES or accompanying files. Notes on software available from the AUTHOR All SOFTWARE developed by the AUTHOR is the copyrighted work of said AUTHOR. Use of the SOFTWARE is governed by the End User Licence Agreement (EULA), if any, which accompanies or is included with said SOFTWARE. USERS are prohibited from installing and/or using the AUTHORS software and accompanying file's, unless he or she first agrees to the terms set out in the EULA and TOU. SOFTWARE made available is solely for use by end USERS according to the EULA. Any reproduction or redistribution of said SOFTWARE that is not in accordance with said EULA is expressly forbidden by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators shall be prosecuted to the full extent under International and United Kingdom laws. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, COPYING OR REPRODUCTION OF THE SOFTWARE TO ANY OTHER SERVER OR LOCATION FOR FURTHER REPRODUCTION OR REDISTRIBUTION IS EXPRESSLY FORBIDDEN, UNLESS SUCH IS EXPRESSLY PERMITTED UNDER THE TERMS OF THE EULA ACCOMPANYING SAID SOFTWARE. THE SOFTWARE IT WARRANTED, IF AT ALL, ONLY ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OF THE LICENCE AGREEMENT. EXCEPT AS WARRANTED IN THE LICENCE AGREEMENT, THE AUTHOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO SAID SOFTWARE, INCLUDING ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MECHANTABILITY, WHETHER EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, FITNESS FOR A PARTITULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, SAID AUTHOR MAY MAKE AVAILABLE, AS PART OF THE SOFTWARE, ADDITIONAL TOOLS AND UTILITIES FOR USE AND/OR DOWNLOAD. THE AUTHOR MAKES NO ASSURANCES AS TO THE ACCURACY OF RESULTS OF OUTPUT THAT DERIVES FROM SUCH USE OF SAID TOOLS AND UTILITIES. USERS ARE REQUIRED TO RESPECT THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF OTHERS WHEN USING THE TOOLS AND UTILITIES WHERE PROVIDED. Notes on documents available from the AUTHOR Permission to use documents provided by the author is granted, provided that the copyright in any such document remains intact and clearly visible. USERS shall note, all documents provided, are done so on an as-is basis, without warranty, expressed or otherwise, as to the accuracy. In no event shall the AUTHOR be held liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential or other damages, whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits. Said AUTHOR reserves the right to ammend or modify said documents at any time, without prior notice. Notes on products, software and accompanying file's, made available from the AUTHOR UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE AUTHOR BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFILTS, WHETHER IN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER SUCH ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF PERFORMANCE OF SOFTWARE, DOCUMENTS, PROVIDION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, OR INFORMATION AVAILABLE FROM THE SERVICES. Member accounts Where a SERVICE provided by the AUTHOR, requires the USER to register an account, said USER understands he or she is subject to the following terms and conditions. Said USER shall NOT mis-use said AUTHORS SERVICES in any manner including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorised access to or for an account not owned by said USER, re-sell said AUTHORS SERVICES for monetary or personal gain, use said AUTHORS SERVICES to trade in illegal or immoral files and/or materials. Said USER shall provide all information requested by such SERVICES registration form, unless otherwise is clearly expressed by such registration process. Unlawful or prohibited use Under no circumstances are USERS permitted to use said AUTHORS PRODUCTS, SERVICES and accompanying files, for any purpose that is or could be construed as unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions and notices.
